The video of scratches spontaneously appearing on the house's former owner's neck is quite impressive, although you have to wait several minutes for the sound file to download. (He is working on a shorter version of the video footage that won't take so long to download).

wow! such phenomena are rare indeed! it takes enormously powerfull ghosts to effect physical reality.

I can't figure out what the spooky voice is saying on the intro, "c'mon in ouch" or "I'm coming, in ahhh sh*t " or something.
