Endeavoring to hear Him at every moment of every day through sound or shubdha -the sound that pierces thall material coverings.

The sound incarnation Krishna takes root in the heart
The inner self
The Name chants or vibrates incessantly

I don't chant anymore but Krishna Mahamantra chants in me.

The sun rises into the sky of the heart

The Lord is all
I am nothing
I seek krishna alone.
Krishna is everything to me

And Krishna is the summun bonum
