BELTANE WICKERMAN FESTIVAL European pagan fair day. Stalls, entertainment,displays and exhibits. I have volunteered to help erect the straw man. We visited yesterday and Dave told me that he was getting anonymous phone calls condemning him and the festival as being 'of the Devil!'  Just got home - Music, dancing, many friends, much chatting, and a beautiful burning Wickerman.Good Pagan fun. Much better than last year when everyone was drunk and stayed too long and drove their 4x4 doing doughnuts in the fields.
