Back in 1991, i was lucky enough to hear how the Government was Wrestling with the Top Health Scientist of our Nation about the "four food groups". So those scientist replaced the old four food group with the New Four Food Group to a. Grains b. Vegetables c. Fruits d. Legumes. In that show i heard them say that "anything more than these four foods and you will decrease your health, and anything less and you will decrease your health." But they went on to say that due to politics, the Government was going to have the compromise with the scientist, keeping the meat and milk in the mix. The compromise was the "Food Pyramid" I looked for the show on NPR but did not have much luck, but apparently they are still fighting over it.................. I would need an escalator to get to a fitness center. I can walk well on level ground but have trouble with stairs. There are lots of disabled people that can use some of the equipment in a fitness center but can't use others or may need disabled access to get in.
