Milla, haha thanks I am a fan of hyperbolous self-parody, self-generated or through the writing of others, but I think that has something to do with my solipsistic nature!!! I know I fear I make little sense to others and this is my biggest fear. I hold some of what I say to heart, yet imagine it can appear to others as nothing more than a mishmash of en vogue words with pretenses, as you appear to be exemplifying, - or even worse,- incomprehensible; due to my own ineptness at communicating comprehensibly!
=======================================================

Ok get this, small was better for ancient greek culture too. In ancient greece there was also this fixation on beautifying the male body. This pre-occupatian with corporeal beautification is something that is usually associatd to FEMALES today.

I do not bring this up because it will look like I am sexist holding fast to traditional gender stereotypes, and it will be hard to speak about this without sounding like I am doing so, but disregard it, I am really liberal I swear!

Note the effiminization of males in Gaudiya paintings, coupled with the this 'small-genital-as-auspicious' bauble babble. I know there is no gender when it comes to spiritsoul and all this is just me being on the material platform, but why do the males who are described as totally attractive, why do they have to be drawn as practically females! It is like a society of female-looking males and females! When looking at it from a complete material perspective, who does not find this procession of dandy-fop males with gingerly mannerisms at least something to ask about? That said, being involved with dance, some of the most talented people I have ever met are males of this personal style, and I do not mean this in any judgmental way, it is just curious. Who else feels something slanted in this overblown idolatrization of stereotypically female appearance, to the point where even males have to look like females to be so beautiful?

let's create a new God

Which is to say Krishna is all-attractive. Everyone, gay, straight, bi, and even animals are attracted to Him.

But our particular interest is what is the psychological spin given to Krishna in his presentation and what is the actual Krishna?

These ideas reinvite the many discussions we had on dvaitic and advaitic thought in gaudiyadiscussions that brought down the house.

Will the real Krishna please stand up?
